Aris Marinis Re-elected President of General Panhellenic Federation of Tourism Enterprises (GEPOET)
Aris Marinis has been re-elected as president of the General Panhellenic Federation of Tourism Enterprises (GEPOET), the body that collectively represents travel businesses in Greece.
With the sectors of travel agencies and tourist coaches at its core, GEPOET also represents shipping agencies and yachting enterprises.
GEPOET’s new BoD was elected during the federation’s annual general assembly on March 20 and convened as follows:

GEPOET’s new BoD includes representatives from the local associations of tourism enterprises on Corfu, Crete and the Dodecanese islands; associations from the rest of the mainland; from Attica; and Greek tourist coach unions.
In addition, GEPOET is also pleased to announce that all individual tourism activities of its members are now represented in the new board. These include services for inbound tourism, of tour operators, of DMCs, of sightseeing tourism enterprises, of business travel companies and of passenger transport companies.
GEPOET’s new BoD was elected on March 20, during the federation’s annual general assembly.
The primary objectives of GEPOET are to serve and promote the interests of its members and also take initiatives for the further improvement of Greek tourism at an international level.
