Aria Hotels Expands Presence on Kefalonia with 4th Property
Aria Hotels, the family chain of boutique hotels and independent residences, has announced the addition of the Villa Comi to its portfolio of properties in the Ionian Islands.
The property is located in the Mavrata area of the southeastern part of the island of Kefalonia within walking distance of a beach known for its turquoise and cerulean blue waters.
Villa Comi is considered an ideal choice for those who wish to explore the southern side of the island, where the Caretta – Caretta turtles find refuge.
Combining Ionian, Venetian and Tuscan architectural design, Villa Comi boasts earthy colors, a fireplace and restored furniture that create an authentic and friendly environment for all guests.
Villa Comi is built on three levels
The spacious villa, built on three levels, can accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms.
The pool level, which includes 4 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, offers direct access to the pool and a barbeque area.
The ground level includes an open plan spacious retro kitchen with dining facilities, a sitting area and a fireplace. The living room also has a balcony that offers unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea.
The first level includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and a loft working area.
Guests at Villa Comi can also enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility at its olive tree garden accompanied by a glass of wine from the villa’s wine cellar.
