GNTO’s Corporate Website Goes on the Air
The Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) announced Thursday that its new corporate website was now running in test mode.
The updated site comes as part of GNTO efforts to modernize its company profile, provide new online tools to boost user interaction and integrate new technologies into its promotional strategy.
Among others, the website is accessibility-friendly, provides easy access to information and services and accepts digital requests for participation in exhibitions and sponsorship proposals among others.
“Innovation and emphasis on digital tools have been key pillars of the GNTO’s strategy in recent years. The organization’s new corporate site has been completely revamped aesthetically but most importantly now offers important digital services to the professional and the ordinary citizen,” said GNTO Secretary General Dimitris Fragakis.
Fragakis went on to add that a main priority for GNTO was to enter the digital era and be able to respond to changing conditions and demands.
The new site is linked with the GNTO’s main portal Visit Greece which is also available as an app and can be downloaded for free from Apple Store and Google Play.
Last year, the GNTO announced the launch in the UK of Sustainablegreece.co.uk – a new platform promoting sustainability initiatives and best practices taking place in Greece.
In 2020, the country’s tourism board announced a tender for the upgrade of Visit Greece aiming to offer even more updated tourism information to travelers worldwide.
