SuitePad, the company whose innovative products have assisted hotel industry’s digitalization across the globe, recently won the “Best In-Room Hotel Tablets of 2023” title at the HotelTechAwards.
Considered the “Grammys of Hotel Tech”, the awards are organized by HotelTechReport.com, which this year invited the global hotelier community to review their favorite products that make hotel software research easy and reliable.
The awards recognize the best hotel software across various categories, using customer feedback and key data signals such as integration compatibility, organizational health, market share, partner network strength, and customer support quality as criteria.
“Winning a HotelTechAward is the highest achievement in the industry because it’s based on data,” said CEO of Hotel Tech Report Jordan Hollander, adding that the ranking process is “simple, transparent, and unbiased…allowing the authentic voice of the customer decide the winners”.
With 224 positive ratings, SuitePad was able to beat its 21 competitors with its in-room tablet which since 2012 has replaced traditional guest directories; served as a central upselling tool; and combined TV remote control and telephone in one device, in more than 70,000 rooms in over 1,000 hotels worldwide from renowned chains to independent boutique properties.
The tablet can not only effectively declutter the hotel room and provide guests with a modern and hygienic experience but also improve overall guest communication, generate higher sales revenue, and streamline processes.
