Lamway and Hotelising See Partner Hotels Deliver Positive Earnings in 2022
The 2022 tourism season marked a significant recovery, bringing positive financial results for hotels in the portfolio of Lamway Hotel Management Group and its partner company Hotelising.
According to an announcement by the companies, all hotels in the Lamway-Hotelising portfolio recorded a turnover increase of 23.5 percent compared to 2019.
“Despite the energy crisis, the global financial challenges and the war, we moved with a rational strategy in terms of pricing policy and management, as a result of which we ensured high occupancy rates and satisfactory revenues for the hotels,” Lamway and Hotelising said.
The companies added that their organizational strategy and staff team in the hotels contributed to the smooth outcome of the 2022 tourism year and its extension until the beginning of November at some destinations.
With regard to 2023, Lamway and Hotelising said prospects are encouraging as early bookings for accommodation in Athens and on the islands have already started.
“The desire of tourists for moments of travel and relaxation is apparent,” the companies said.
