Corfu Welcomes Opening of First ‘Dreams’ Branded Hotel in Greece

Corfu welcomed recently the opening of the five-star Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa, the first “Dreams” branded hotel in Greece.

An investment of Hotel Investment Partners (HIP), a leading owner of resort hotels in Southern Europe, the new five-star hotel is managed under the AMR Collection’s Dreams Resorts & Spas brand.

The Corfu Resort & Spa opened in late July after the complete transformation of the beachfront property formerly known as Corcyra Beach, in the area of town of Gouvia, a ten-minute drive from the UNESCO protected town of Corfu.

HIP has invested approximately 29.2 million euros to upgrade the property. The renovation includes the refurbishment of all public areas and guestrooms, positioning this property among the most sought-after five-star hotels in Greece.

For the summer of 2022, the resort opened with 235 rooms, with 50 belonging to the Preferred Club room category.

By 2023, the resort will boast 337 rooms, 203 of which will be Preferred Club level.

All guests will enjoy access to the infinity pool, upgraded restaurants, five new food and beverage offerings such as a la carte restaurants, a lobby bar, a beach bar, a new entertainment area and a new spa with indoor and outdoor facilities.

As one of the most exclusive five-star hotels in Greece, Dreams Corfu Resort and Spa offers guests exclusive access to a private pier that includes a wide variety of water sports as well as other activities and excursions on the beautiful, turquoise Corfu waters.
