Domes Resorts Introduces ‘Aulūs’ Brand with New Hotels on Crete, Zakynthos

Domes Aulus Zante

The Domes Resorts & Reserves group has announced the launch of its new Aulūs brand with the opening of two hotels on the islands of Crete and Zakynthos.

According to the announcement, the Domes Aulūs Elounda is already welcoming its guests to Crete, while the Domes Aulūs Zante will open its doors on July 10.

Inspired by “Olous”, the ancient city of Elounda, the Domes Aulūs brand aims to provide its guests with refined luxury and relaxing all-inclusive services as well as to create a “cool inclusive” concept based on a new vacation style featuring “relaxed rhythms, ecological awareness and unpretentious lifestyle”.

Meanwhile, the Domes Aulūs resorts support their destinations through activities such as coastal cleanups, recycling, sustainability initiatives and NGO partnerships. At Domes Aulūs resorts, guests are also invited to actively engage in volunteering experiences including actions for the protection of the Caretta-Caretta sea turtle.

Domes Aulūs Elounda

Domes Aulūs Elounda, an adults-only resort, opened its doors on July 1, following extensive renovation work.

Its “Nests” and “Suites” rooms offer a view to the garden or the sea.

The resort also offers the “Cool Living Selection” option for guests who seek for a “hotel-within-a-hotel”. Its rooms feature private spacious verandahs with views to the Cretan gardens or the Elounda bay. Exclusive services include 24/7 concierge service and access to the Cool Living Club.

Domes Aulūs Elounda includes a private beach, two swimming pools and bars, the Domes Soma Spa & Gym, a number of gastronomy options and an outdoor market with stores and an open-air cinema.

Domes Aulūs Zante

Located in a pine forest near a protected turtle sanctuary on Zakynthos, Domes Aulūs Zante is considered ideal for adventure lovers but also for families or groups of friends who seek for privacy and relaxation.

The resort offers spacious rooms with private verandahs, a sandy beach and a beach bar.
