Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George at Syntagma Square in central Athens.

Lampsa Hellenic Hotels SA ranks third among the most attractive employers in Greece for 2022, according to a recent survey conducted by Randstad Employer Brand.

The survey was based on strict criteria such as the attractiveness of wages and benefits, the working environment, career development opportunities, long term safety and work-life balance.

“The recognition of Lampsa as one of the leading, most attractive employers in Greece fills us with pride and satisfaction. It is a significant success, a result of the tireless efforts made daily by the associates of the company aiming to ensure the highest level of service in our hotels,” Lampsa SA Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors Chloe Laskaridis said.

A group with a history of over 100 years, Lampsa SA carries a strong corporate culture and continues to evolve its core principles and values that have contributed to its establishment as one of the leading groups in the international hospitality and tourism industry.

This year’s survey by Randstad Employer Brand is of additional importance considering that it incorporates and reflects the latest trends and significant changes in employment that have been observed and recorded internationally, mainly as a result of the socio-economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Lampsa Hellenic Hotels SA operates the historic Hotel Grande Bretagne and the luxury King George Hotel as well as the new Athens Capital Hotel in Athens, the Hyatt Regency and the Mercure Excelsior Hotel in Belgrade, as well as the Sheraton Rhodes Resort on the island of Rhodes.
