Summer Senses: Galazia Hytra Restaurant Returns to Paros with New Recipes

The Galazia Hytra Restaurant of the Summer Senses Luxury Resort will open its doors on June 1 to offer unique Cycladic flavors to residents and summer visitors of the island of Paros.

Located in an idyllic location, inside the five-star resort, Galazia Hytra is considered ideal for dinner with a view to Piso Livadi and the endless Aegean sea.

Its cuisine is inspired by the Michelin-starred restaurant “Hytra” in Athens and promises an array of flavors and ingredients from the Cyclades.

“Since its inception in 2019, Galazia Hytra has marked the gastronomy scene of Paros and gained many loyal friends that visit the restaurant again and again,” an announcement by the resort’s management said.

Modern dishes combine simplicity with high-level techniques and Greek tradition with new gastronomy influences.

“This year, the creative cuisine of Galazia Hytra features new recipes with fresh ingredients and unexpected twists that will satisfy even the most demanding palates,” the announcement said.

The restaurant’s wine list from the Greek and international vineyard offers unique wines to accompany dinner, as well as suggestions for refreshing signature cocktails.

Galazia Hytra’s minimal architecture with discreet touches of luxury but also the meticulous details with emphasis on the Cycladic landscape are a reference to the modern “art de la table” introducing visitors from the moment of arrival to unique tasty experiences.

The Summer Senses Luxury Resort is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Condé Nast Johansens. It offers the opportunity to its guests to choose between luxury rooms or suites with private pools; relax by the large swimming pools as well as enjoy their aperitif and the stunning Cycladic landscape.
