MarBella Collection Wins Two Honors at Greece’s Tourism Awards 2022
Two hotels of the MarBella Collection, located on the Greek island of Corfu, received honors at the Tourism Awards 2022 held on Monday at the Foundation of the Hellenic World venue in Athens.
The MarBella Collection consists of three five-star luxury hotels, two located on Corfu and another in the Epirus region, exquisitely created with their own unique ambiance and personality, offering superb Greek hospitality, outstanding luxury and exceptional experiences.
At this year’s Tourism Awards, the Greek hospitality group saw its MarBella Corfu honored with a gold award in the “Best All-Inclusive Hotel/Resort” category and its MarBella Nido awarded a silver award in the “Best Adults Only Hotel/Resort” category.
“These distinctions are an ideal springboard for a great summer season in which MarBella Collection Hotels come to offer a range of new services and experiences to our guests,” the management of the MarBella Collection said in an announcement.
MarBella Corfu – Best All-Inclusive Hotel/Resort 2022
The MarBella Collection made its appearance in the Greek hospitality market fifty years ago with the opening of the MarBella Corfu, offering a pleasant and family-friendly environment. The 5-star hotel is located at Agios Ioannis Peristeron – nestled on Corfu’s beautiful south-east coast and perfectly located less than 30 minutes from Corfu Old Town and airport.
MarBella Nido – Best Adults Only Hotel/Resort 2022
The 5-star adult-only MarBella Nido Suite Hotel & Villas opened its doors in 2018 on Corfu’s stunning south-east coast. A member of the Small Luxury Hotels, the MarBella Nido offers a sophisticated escape – from perfectly mixed cocktails in chill-out bars to the finest Mediterranean cuisine and personalised treatments in its luxurious wellness centre.
The latest addition to the luxury portfolio of the MarBella Collection is the MarBella Elix that opened in 2021 and marks an important step for MarBella Collection outside Corfu – in the area of Parga in Epirus, mainland Greece. Designed for families and not only, the hotel offers a great variety of activities in the heart of a natural and green environment.
Organized by Boussias Communications for the ninth year, the Tourism Awards celebrate best practices and innovative initiatives in the Greek tourism industry.
