Nikki Beach on Santorini Opens and Promises an Exciting Summer Season
The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa on the Greek island of Santorini recently reopened its doors and is welcoming summer travelers to the beach of Monolithos.
“Our grand opening comes with exciting news and surprises, new collaborations and old loves returning to one of the most exotic scenes on the most popular island of the Cyclades,” the luxury lifestyle resort’s management said in an announcement.
Fine dining
The season starts at Nikki Beach with new faces and top gastronomy experiences. The resort is collaborating with Michelin-starred Chef Ettore Botrini and his team, who have taken over the Escape by Botrini restaurant to create new dishes for demanding palates.
“The best raw materials become the basis for exciting tasty trips with Greek and international influences… The Beach Club menu and the signature Nikki Beach flavors are also available this year,” the announcement said.
The resort’s popular sushi dishes are also on the menu offering again this year the impressive Sushi Boats which are combined with unique cocktails and elegant champagnes.
The amazing “Sunday’s Brunch” has also returned while in June, guests will be able to enjoy the wonderful “Rose Saturdays” with rose wines and the vibes of live DJ sets.
The Escape beach restaurant puts fish at the epicenter with the “Seafood Lovers” events combining delicious dishes and live bouzouki performances.
Fitness and wellness
Fitness and wellness are also part of Nikki Beach Resort’s summer offerings with Greek fitness expert Eleni Petroulaki curating the programs of the “Tone Gym by Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini”.
The program includes yoga and pilates classes in groups or personal sessions, as well as fast fitness classes and personalized programs.
The unique treatments of Nikki Spa complete the wellness experience.
