‘363 Bar by Baba Au Rum’ Opening at Santorini’s Grace Hotel

Grace Hotel on Santorini, member of the Auberge Resorts Collection, will open its doors on April 15 marking the beginning of a unique summer season with Thanos Prunarus and the team of Baba Au Rum introducing guests to the “363 Bar by Baba Au Rum” and redefining fine drinking on the popular Greek island.

One of the best bars in the world travels to the Cycladic island to elevate evenings overlooking the Caldera with premium cocktails, curated by the spirit connoisseur himself and offering a fantastic experience in the Cyclades’ most beloved destination.

Thanos Prunarus and Baba Au Rum introduced the Greek public to fine mixology culture and have won over the Athenian bar scene since 2009 with their contemporary style. Today its experts ready their shakers and measures to welcome Greek and foreign visitors at Grace Hotel’s 363 Bar by Baba Au Rum.

“This collaboration is a challenge as we want to add our signature to Santorini’s bar scene, on an island that is truly inspirational. I am truly eager to welcome visitors from across the globe,” said Prunarus, speaking about 363 Bar by Baba Au Rum.

The island’s most anticipated bar addition ideally complements Grace Hotel’s hospitality experience, fusing know-how and local ingredients and creating symphonies of flavour concentrated in a glass. Guests are invited to try cocktails bursting with the island’s flavours, such as the Santorini Mule or sample premium label blends like the Spicy Baba cocktail made with aged Caribbean rum.

“We are certain that the visitors of 363 Bar by Baba Au Rum will have the opportunity to enjoy the most unique fine drinking experience, with remarkable flavour and spirit combinations,” Grace Hotel General Manager George Avgoustis said.

A unique experience awaits at Grace Hotel

Overlooking Santorini’s Caldera, Grace Hotel, Auberge Resort Collection’s only European property, will introduce its guests to the island’s unparalleled beauty while offering a unique stay of the highest standards. Luxury meets Santorini’s cosmopolitan allure in a traditional Cycladic property, comprised of elegant suites and villas with impressive views to the imposing Skaros rock. Gastronomy also takes centre stage this season as chef Lefteris Lazarou “sails” to the island with Varoulko Santorini.
