Greece’s Tourism Minister Heads for Israel to Attend IMTM 2022 Expo
Greek Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias will travel to Israel on the invitation of his Israeli counterpart on the occasion of the International Mediterranean Tourism Market (IMTM) 2022 trade show.
Held in Tel Aviv, IMTM will have its 28th edition during March 29-30. It is Israel’s largest annual professional trade show that aims to promote incoming, domestic and outgoing tourism and to strengthen cooperation among the sector’s bodies in the country and over the world.
On Monday, March 28, Kikilias will meet with Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem at the Patriarchate of Jerusalem and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
On Tuesday, March 29, the tourism minister will attend the opening ceremony of the IMTM 2022 exhibition and inaugurate the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) stand. On the same day he will meet with Israeli Tourism Minister Yoel Razvozov.
During his stay in Israel, Kikilias will also attend scheduled meetings with Israeli investors, executives of the Israeli tourism market and representatives of airlines and tour operators.
