Les Roches: Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management

Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, among the top institutions in hotel management education worldwide, is offering professionals in hospitality the chance to advance their expertise and accelerate their career while they work.

The education institution is now accepting applications for its Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management program, which gives professionals the flexibility to combine their current career with a nine-month study program that allows them to design their own academic journey.

Packed with high level business and management content, including marketing, modelling, analytics and leadership behaviours, the program focuses on international hotel management essentials, including human resources, business strategy, project management and real estate/investment and concludes with a hospitality business capstone project.

Intakes for the program: March and April 2022.

9 months blended learning

The Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management program blends distance learning with on-campus courses at Les Roches Marbella – with the option of completing all studies online.

It is composed of a total of 6 modules, of which 1 or more can be completed on campus.

The 100% online learning option of the master’s program is delivered via Moodle and is available 24/7 so interested parties can learn at their own pace when it’s convenient for them. Faculty can be accessed directly through weekly video tutorials held twice a day to accommodate all students in different time zones.

Internship (optional)

The program also includes an optional six-month professional internship, giving the opportunity to apply all the skills and knowledge acquired during the previous nine months.

Those who have completed the program, can opt for six months of industry experience either at their current company or through an internship arranged by Les Roches Marbella.

Admission requirements

Candidates must be at least 24 years old, be proficient in English, hold a Bachelor’s degree and have four years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
