IKIES Santorini Hotel Launches New In Room Private Dining Service
The IKIES Santorini Hotel has announced the launch of a new in room private dining service with the signature of Chef Socrates Maliganis.
The hotels’ guests can now enjoy dishes inspired by Greek cuisine, made with local products such as Santorini fava with “apaki’ (Cretan pork) and caramelized onions; traditional tomato meatballs with yogurt sauce; lamb with chives and Santorini white eggplant puree with Vinsanto sauce and many more.
Guests can also choose an a-la-carte menu or one of the three Set Menus that have been carefully designed by Chef Socrates Meliganis.
This gastronomy experience is accompanied by fine Santorini wines.
Located in Oia, IKIES Santorini is the ideal retreat to enjoy the island’s volcanic landscape, the stunning view of the Caldera and the famous sunset from the absolute privacy and safety of the personal terrace and jacuzzi of each suite, away from the crowds.
“A unique experience that conquers all senses and combines pleasure, gastronomy and safety,” the hotel’s management said in its announcement.
Carved into the volcanic rock of Santorini, all rooms of IKIES Santorini are made in absolute harmony and respect to the traditional architecture of the area and come with dreamy views of the Caldera and Oia, private jacuzzis and hammams as well as a swimming pool.
IKIES Santorini is managed by Modus & Amplio, a company with extensive experience in the management and development of hotels throughout Greece.
