The premier event honors excellence in the Greek gastronomy scene, and this year recognized the top restaurants that offer innovative avant-garde dishes.
Located in Oia, the modern Petra Restaurant achieved a high score of 15/20 for its Greek contemporary cuisine.
Petra is among Santorini’s five restaurants that received an award, and the only one in Oia.
“Perhaps, this is one of the most precious rewards we have received so far, as it comes after a very difficult and challenging year. This award highlights our passion and love for gastronomy and offers us the necessary incentive to continue,” Tassos Stefatos, the executive chef of Petra Restaurant and Canaves Oia Luxury Resorts, said.
Stefatos also thanked the team of Petra for doing their best under these tough and unfamiliar circumstances.
