Halkidiki’s Philoxenia Hotel Honored with British Airways Holidays Award

The Philoxenia Hotel in Halkidiki, northern Greece, was recently honored with the 2020 British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for its prime hospitality services and experiences.

British Airways Holidays is one of the UK’s leading tour operators, and uses customer feedback to identify top-rated hotels as part of its commitment to providing high-quality holidays.

Based on unbiased guest reviews, this accolade recognises superior services, facilities and customer experiences offered by hotels around the world.

Reviews are collected from genuine customers via Reevoo, an independent and impartial third-party company. Customers are asked to score hotels based on location, service, cleanliness, and sleep quality, as well as provide an overall score out of ten.

Philoxenia Hotel has received an overall score of 9.1/10.

Located in the village of Psakoudia in the Sithonia peninsula, only an hour away from Thessaloniki’s Makedonia Airport, the recently renovated hotel complex includes prime accommodation facilities, two heated pools, a pool bar, restaurants, gardens with flowers, olive trees and aromatic herbs, a fitness room and a kids club.
