Greece will be Honored Country at Thessaloniki Int’l Fair 2021

Greece will be the honored country at the 85th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) 2021, one the country’s largest trade events, scheduled to take place in the northern Greek city during September 11-19.

Organized by TIF-Helexpo, the fair will be held as an in-person event, under strict health protocols for Covid-19, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center.

“It will be Europe’s first major exhibition for 2021, and an example for other relevant events, provided that Greece’s vaccination program progresses [as scheduled],” TIF-Helexpo said in an announcement.

Coinciding with the country’s bicentennial since the 1821 Greek Revolution, the 85th TIF will focus on the past, present and future of Greece.

With emphasis on entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and culture, TIF’s sessions will host representatives of enterprises and bodies from across Greece, as well as foreign participants.

In addition, the fair will offer many entertainment options for visitors of all ages.
