Grace Hotel Moments are Coming Back to Santorini on June 6
The Auberge Resorts Collection has announced that it will reopen its Grace Hotel on the island Santorini on June 6.
The hospitality group will welcome its guests to Santorini with a new collection of outdoor authentic Greek experiences.
From a private perch in the exclusive Imerovigli village, the 21-room boutique Grace Hotel boasts the largest swimming pool (22 metres) and the finest sunset spot on the caldera: both spacious areas that allow for a flexible degree of social distancing.
Designed to integrate with the geography of the island, all rooms and suites offer 180 degree views of the caldera, with 18 of them boasting a heated plunge pool.
For family and friend reunions, guests can also hire the whole property for ultimate exclusivity.
Moreover, the resort’s Villa offers a private luxury retreat as a self-contained two-bedroom cycladic house, with an open- plan kitchen fully equipped and pre-stocked for guests’ arrival, and a wine and cigar bar to comfortably accommodate families and exclusive parties.
The Grace Hotel houses the award winning Santoro Restaurant that offers contemporary dining concepts mixing traditional Mediterranean cuisine with French flair, orchestrated by award-winning Executive chef Jean-Charles Métayer and head chef Giannis Koutsoperakis.
Another highlight of the hotel is its 363 Champagne Lounge with its sunset views that can be paired with a cocktail designed exclusively by renowned mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.
