The Atrium of Alexander’s Lounge at Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens

The Hotel Grande Bretagne has announced the opening of a new outdoor all-day lounge at its premises in the heart of Athens.

“The Atrium of Alexander’s Lounge” is located on the hotel’s  first floor. An outdoor “secret garden”, the all-day lounge aims to offer a haven for visitors, away from the busy city’s hustle and bustle. Olive trees, laurels, small cypress trees and flowers adorn the venue with their colors and beauty.

“The guests of The Atrium of Alexander’s Lounge can relax and savor their coffee or drink in a sophisticated setting with unique service,” the Hotel Grand Bretagne’s management says.

Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and the hotel’s talented culinary and pastry team have created the lounge’s menu that is inspired by the countries of Latin America and includes a selection of flavorful dishes, such as spicy veggie tacos, chicken tortilla wrap, shrimp salsa salad, organic smoked salmon with organic blue corn nachos and guacamole sauce.

For the highly anticipated summer nights, additionally to a remarkable wine list, the award-winning bartenders of the historic hotel prepare refreshing cocktails and premium drinks.

For the cigar aficionados, The Atrium of Alexander’s Lounge features a wide variety of perfectly preserved cigars to complete the ritual.

The Atrium of Alexander’s Lounge is open daily from 11am – 11pm.
