The Italian office of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) in May will welcome Italian tourism professionals to an online workshop dedicated to Greece and its tourism offerings.

Scheduled to take place during May 12-14, the “Benvenuti in Grecia” (welcome to Greece) workshop will include B2B meetings between Italian tour operators and tourism agencies, and Greek hotels, bodies and destinations interested in promoting their tourism products to the Italian market.

“Our aim is to present the diverse upgraded tourism product of Greece to Italian professionals and increase the tourism inflow from the Italian market,” the GNTO said in an announcement.

The workshop will take place on an online innovative platform, created especially for B2B meetings and presentations, during May 12-14, from 10.30am – 6.30pm (Greek time).

Apart from professional meetings, the workshop will also include presentations of Greek destinations and round-table discussions.

The deadline for applications is on April 26, with free participation.

Due to limited availability, the online meetings will take place on a first-come first-served basis.
