Named “Capital H”, the new company will offer specialized services across all facets of the upscale hotel, resort and private club industry, appealing to business owners who are looking for leaner and innovational forms of hotel management to serve their needs.
“Tourism will go through radical transformations at a much faster pace than we all anticipated. Consolidation is key in order to face the challenges ahead. Whilst doing that by joining forces with another second generation family of hoteliers, we offer investors and hotel owners viable, competitive and top of the line management solutions. Combining expertise and forward thinking, Capital H will lead hotels to new tourism models,” Alexandros Vassilikos, CEO of Airotel Group and partner of Capital H, said.
The new partnership creates a platform for Santikos Collection & Airotel Group to work more closely together whilst at the same time allowing both brands to retain their unique heritage and identity.
Capital H launches with 11 hotels, of which the signature properties of Santikos Collection and Airotel Group include: the Stratos Vassilikos Hotel in Athens, the Skiathos Princess Hotel and the Galaxy Hotel in Kavala.
The alliance greatly amplifies the reach of both groups and in turn provides guests with a greater variety of accommodation options across Greece.
On the launch of the new business, Konstantinos Santikos, Managing Director of Santikos Collection and partner of Capital H said: “We are delighted to launch this partnership with two fellow second generation hoteliers. It’s a great opportunity to reassess and rebuild hospitality in terms of efficiency and long-term thinking, while remaining committed to providing all our guests with unparalleled service and renewed experiences”.
With a complement of over 850 rooms under Capital H’s management and 35 years of operational excellence, the alliance currently represents a variety of 4- and 5-star, city and resort hotels in South East Europe.
The core services offered by Capital H’s team will focus on Hospitality Management, Hospitality Support Management and Hospitality Investment Management.
“Collaborative efforts and knowledge across these areas will provide brilliant synergies, not only for the respective brands but for future properties and brands joining the Capital H portfolio. The growth and expansion of the company in time will enable brands to come together to further evolve the meaning of quality hospitality,” Capital H’s team says.
