rapidbounce: Innovative Solutions Lead to Successful Results for 2020

rapidbounce, a Greek hospitality consulting company that offers marketing services to hotels, says it will welcome the new year with confidence following an unpredictable year due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

“This year we were faced with unpleasant conditions and with a lot of uncertainty. However, through a crisis – several times – come the biggest actions and decisions that we have to make as people but also as professionals,” rapidbounce said in an announcement.

“We at rapidbounce have, as a rule, to provide ongoing information to both our staff through seminars and continuous training and to our partners with the presentation of data and important newsletters related to their business. So this year we were aware and prepared for the lockdown situation since January and had started an action plan for both our partners and our customers.”

Actions

rapidbounce said it followed a series of actions that at the end of the season proved to be extremely successful, such as:

● preparing reports – with information by official sources about the situation and measures to be followed – to inform partners about their business
● informing all customers about the situation in the country first and then their bookings
● providing customers with a voucher or modification of their reservations in order to initially avoid their cancellation
● ensuring and maintaining all official health protocols provided by government regulations and informing both our customers and our partners about their proper observance.

Regarding yield management, rapidbounce launched a targeted pricing strategy policy to encourage visitors and also favor owners to secure the profits of the year.

Campaigns

To strengthen their actions, rapidbounce also ran two campaigns.

The first “Don’t Cancel Reschedule” campaign ran from March to August 2020 and had a great impact on the company’s visitors. According to rapidbounce, 99 percent of the reservations they communicated moved the response and the trust of visitors. The second campaign was named “Thank you” and was launched to thank all visitors for the trust they showed rapidbounce this year.

rapidbounce also created unique Health Protocols for each partner company and then communicated them through social media and emails to their interested customers.

The company also organized the necessary infrastructure for their customers’ digital transformation to meet the needs created in the midst of the pandemic, with services such as Google Drive and Google Meet setup etc.

“All our actions were organized and completed with great speed in relation to the global market and with our team simultaneously managing more than 50 companies in the field of tourism and responding to more than 25,000 emails during this period with Average First Response Rate: 1 hour,” rapidbounce said.

“Now that this year is over and we have the image of the past season, we are happy and proud that our success is reflected in data with a positive sign.”
