The northern Athens suburb of Kifissia, this autumn will welcome the Say Hotel, a new four-star boutique property due to open its doors at Kefalari square.

Currently under construction, the new luxury hotel will feature 28 rooms including three suites; a restaurant and a brasserie on the gound floor; a rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the Greek capital; fitness facilities and a private parking area.

The hotel will also offer state-of-the-art conference venues including three meeting rooms – each able to host 35-40 persons; a roof garden ideal for private events of up to 60 persons, and a business center.

The upscale northern suburb of Kifissia is located within a 30 minutes’ drive from Athens International Airport and Athens’ city center.

Say is a sister property of The Y Hotel, a four star property also located in Kifissia. The hotel reopened on June 1, and is operating in line with the safety measures and health protocols announced by Greek authorities for Covid-19.

The Y Hotel offers 43 rooms (1 suite), a conference room, a restaurant, a bar and a fitness center.
