Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki Opens with Focus on Health and Safety

The five-star luxury hotel Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is inviting its guests to enjoy luxury accommodation and wellness in the safe environment of its premises in the northern Greek city.

The hotel has adopted the advanced hygiene and safety protocols of Hyatt, as well as the guidelines of Greece’s health and tourism authorities against COVID-19.

Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki has been certified with the Health First certificate while it has launched a health partnership with the local Agios Loukas Clinic aiming to ensure the protection and safety of its guests and staff.

Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment

Meanwhile, Hyatt has announced the creation of a specialized health and safety protocol titled Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment, which includes international cleaning and training procedures as well as the appointment of a Hygiene & Wellbeing Manager for each Hyatt hotel.

Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki has also applied the following procedures:

• Hand sanitizers are available for hotel guests and staff in the hotel’s premises,
• Frequent cleaning and disinfection of public areas and frequently-touched points such as doors, knobs and elevators.
• Hotel employees make use of the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
