Greece Reopens Casinos, Allows Organization of Conferences

Greece on Monday announced the lifting of restrictive measures that were imposed on a number of business categories to curb the spread of Covid-19.
According to an announcement by the Ministry of Development and Investment, the following business activities will resume in Greece as of June 29:
- Children’s camps
- Food & beverage areas (canteens) in theaters and cinemas
- The organization of conferences and trade fairs
- Live performances (concerts and cultural events)
- Services of cultural associations
- Cinemas (open all-year round)
- Casinos
- Cable car services throughout the country
The ministry underlines that businesses and citizens are obliged to follow all social distancing rules that are in place for all the aforementioned activities.
