Kalamaki Beach Resort Promises Safe Holidays in the Peloponnese

The Kalamaki Beach Resort, a member of the TourHotel group located in Isthmia in the Peloponnese, has reopened its doors to provide summer guests with safe holidays.

Featuring a lush garden with unique views to the Saronic Gulf and outdoor facilities, the hotel is considered an ideal destination for families that wish to relax in a destination only an hour away from Athens by car.

The Kalamaki Beach Resort also includes a conference center, a gym, tennis courts, a children’s playground, and a swimming pool for adults and children.

To ensure the safety of its guests and staff against the spread of COVID-19, the hotel has adopted an enhanced cleaning program for the frequent disinfection of all surfaces and items in public spaces, including elevators, reception, door handles, tables and restaurant facilities.

The hotel has also applied new standards to ensure that social distancing measures are met throughout the hotel including the reception and lobby areas.

In addition, all staff members concluded a compulsory training program before the hotel’s opening to ensure the safety of guests due to the new circumstances of COVID-19.

The Kalamaki Beach Resort is located one hour north-west of Athens, near the Corinth Canal.

The Kalamaki Beach Resort’s sister Hotel Achilleas in Athens has also opened its doors. The dates for the reopening of the rest TourHotel properties in Greece are expected to be announced soon. The group’s conference venues in Athens are scheduled to reopen in July.
