Poseidonion Grand Hotel Welcomes Back Guests as of June 17
The Poseidonion Grand Hotel on the Greek island of Spetses will open its doors on June 17 with tailor-made experiences and new tastes for its summer guests.
With a history of over a century, the Poseidonion puts the safety of its guests, staff, partners and the local community first, by fully complying with the new guidelines set by health authorities.
Tailor-made experiences
The Poseidonion Grand Hotel this season is introducing its Designer Travel service which offers a plethora of unique experiences and activities on Spetses.
The hotel’s team proposes tailor-made activities from the moment of arrival that are based on security and privacy: from private transports by sea taxi from the port of Costa and in-room services such as private dining, spa & wellness treatments and fitness sessions, to wine tasting, cooking classes in Bostani, experiential seminars, horseback riding, cycling, hiking and excursions to beaches and to nearby destinations by boat.
New culinary journeys
The Poseidonion once again will take its guests on a unique journey of flavors curated by renowned French chef Olivier Campanha.
With a focus on raw materials from the Poseidonion garden, from local producers of Spetses and of the wider area of Argolis, and inspired by the roots of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, Campanha combines domestic tradition with French techniques to present simple flavors and delicious dishes.
The renewed menu of Library Brasserie will be dedicated to Greek cuisine with touches from all over the Mediterranean, while in the Bostani, the organic farm of Poseidonion, visitors will have the chance experience a holistic farm-to-table experience.
At its Palms Bar, Poseidonion will offer signature cocktails and spirits from a list carefully curated by Thanos Prounarous and the team of Baba Au Rum, one of Athens’ most popular bars and one of the “The World’s 50 Best Bars”.
In addition, the Poseidonion Grand Hotel will offer tailor-made catering services for corporate and social events in its venues around the island including Cine Titania, Bostani and the beach of Agia Marina.
It is noted that the hotel’s management team has been enhanced with the addition of General Manager Alexandros Papanikolaou, an executive with a 25-year experience in multinational organizations.
Due to the island’s the proximity and easy access from Greece’s capital, Athens, make Spetses an ideal holiday destination for the summer.
