The 85th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) 2020, scheduled to take place in the Greek northern port city during September 5-13, will run under the strict health protocols set up by the country’s authorities to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Greece’s national exhibition body TIF-Helexpo, organizer of the event recently announced that TIF will adapt to the new conditions and focus on the safety of exhibitors and visitors.

“After the last crucial months, this year’s event will send an optimistic message beyond the country’s borders, for the restart of the economy,” the company said.

TIF-Helexpo is working closely with the relevant ministries, Greece’s National Public Health Organization (EODY) and the Cologne exhibition body – responsible for Germany’s participation as a country of honor – to modify the content and program of TIF according to the coronavirus health protocols.
