The catering service of the NJV Athens Plaza hotel has prepared a unique Greek Orthodox Easter menu, with traditional recipes, for people to enjoy from the comfort of their home.

The hotel’s Easter dishes include lamb cooked in the oven, accompanied with baked potatoes and tzatziki sauce, and chitterlings cooked in the oven with herbs.
There is also a variety of salads to choose from: the salad with scallions and dill, the green salad with rocket leaves and parmesan, and the traditional Greek salad with cretan nuts.
Furthermore, the Easter menu offers traditional pies such as the handmade spinach cheese pie with myrrhs and hartworts, and the handmade cheese pie with anthotyro soft cheese, feta cheese of Epirus and black sesame.
Desserts include Easter bun and biscuits, a variety of traditional Greek sweets with syrup, walnut pie, ekmek kataifi and profiterol.
Aiming to ensure the safety of its guests, customers and staff, the NJV Athens Plaza carefully implements state guidelines to minimize the transmission of the coronavirus and complies with all hygiene protocols for the disinfection of surfaces.
