Athenian Montaza Hotel Opens its Doors in the Greek Capital

The Athenian Montaza Hotel in Athens will officially debut on Friday, February 28, with a grand opening celebration.

Located on one of the most central avenues of the city, Syngrou Avenue, the Athenian Montaza Hotel took its name from a royal garden.

“The Athenian Montaza is situated at the crossroads of culture, on a road that connects the center of Athens with the sea and where you can find countless places of interest such as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Onassis Foundation’s House of Letters and Art and the Acropolis Museum,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.

The three-star hotel includes 41 rooms and two junior suites on the top floor with a private balcony. The rooms are fully equiped and designed with a unique combination of tradition and elegance, aiming to offer guests a feeling of comfort and relaxation.

The hotel also operates a café bar restaurant for both customers and visitors with breakfast, coffee, a variety of drinks and a wide selection of buffets. The restaurant’s menu includes a selection of Mediterranean, Spanish and Arabic dishes, as well as a truly traditional Spanish sangria and cocktails.

“Staying with us means more than a room… it gives visitors a home away from home, with great staff, hosting and hospitality, assistance, meal options and much more,” the hotel’s management said.
