Aria Hotels Expands Santorini Portfolio with Addition of Finikia Residence

Privately-owned boutique hotel and villas company Aria Hotels has added “Finikia Residence” to its portfolio of properties on the island of Santorini, aiming to offer guests high-end hospitality services and authentic experiences.

Finikia is a property with a long history and unique architecture, located in the Finikia district near Oia. In the past, it operated as a traditional winery – known as “canava” in Greek – that sold wine and bread.

Today, the impressive building has been transformed into a private holiday home and a separate studio, that can accommodate up to six guests.

“The residence is a great option for discerning travelers. It has been renovated with attention to detail, featuring diverse elements from many cultures, and rare artifacts from the travels of old sea captains that used to live in the property,” Aria Hotels said in an announcement.

The Finikia Main House can accommodate up to four guests and features a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and two sofa beds. Its inner courtyard offers privacy while the spacious terrace includes a built-in jacuzzi with views to the sea and the nearby islands.

The private Finikia Studio can accommodate up to two guests. It features a main living area, a shower and a separate WC.

Aria Hotels offers a number of hotels and villas located in exceptional destinations of unique natural beauty throughout Greece.

In 2018, the group expanded to Spain with the opening of an office in Madrid.
