OTA Insight to Focus on Hotel Online Distribution at HOTECH Athens Event

OTA Insight, the cloud-based data intelligence platform for the hospitality industry, will participate in the “HOTECH Athens – Better Together” event that will take place on February 6 at the Divani Caravel hotel in the Greek capital.

HOTECH is a hands-on educational and entertaining half-day workshop that will show hoteliers how to maximise revenue and boost the return on investment of their hotel properties.

Vasilios Riavoglou

Representing OTA Insight will be Vasilios Riavoglou, the company’s Business Development Manager for Greece and Cyprus.

At HOTECH, Vasilios, who also lectures at Thessaloniki’s Metropolitan College and Business Hotel Management in Lucerne, Switzerland, will focus on “Online Distribution: Navigating the distribution landscape”, where he will be looking at where the hospitality industry stands in the large and growing global market and what that means for the channel mix of hoteliers.

“We’ll identify prominent trends and changes such as the rise of OTAs, evolution of booking and new players in the market,” Vasilios said.

Moreover, Vasilios will cover parity as a key challenge of channel optimisation and explore how leveraging data can help make better insights to drive revenue for hoteliers.

HOTECH is brought to professionals by the world’s leading hospitality technology companies. At the event attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to solve the most common problems with business forecasting; discover how to take only the most valuable reservations; and get to know the best tools to keep on top of competition.

Vasilios will be available after the event for networking.

Spaces at HOTECH are limited. To register, press here.
