Kihli Management Company to Take Part in 100% Hotel Show 2019

Kihli Hotel Enterprises, a Greek hotel management and real estate development company, will promote its expertise and services at the 100% Hotel Show 2019 in Athens.

Addressed especially to hoteliers, the Greek exhibition will be held at the MEC Peania exhibition center during November 15-18.

Specializing in operating small luxury hotels and developing upscale residential projects in Greece, Kihli Hotel Enterprises offers high quality services in the areas of Market Research and Analysis, Sustainability Study and Accommodation Management.

“Our vision is to turn unique small to mid-size real estate assets into signature properties featuring signature services and amenities by applying our creativity and skills to the specific assets and their related markets,” the company says on its website.

At the 100% Hotel Show, Kihli Hotel Enterprises can be found at Booth B46.

In May, Kihli Hotel Enterprises took over the management of the Ducato Hotels portfolio. Owned by POLLPAN hotel and tourism enterprises, Ducato Hotels consist of the Ducato di Oia and the Ducato Wine Hotel, both located on the island of Santorini.

Ducato di Oia is an elegant boutique hotel located in the heart of the historic village of Oia, the northernmost village of the island. The hotel boasts ten luxurious cave suites and rooms, most of which have an indoor or outdoor heated pool and a balcony or terrace with stunning views of the caldera and the volcano.

Further south on Santorini, located in the Megalochori settlement, is the Ducato Wine Hotel, which consists of six traditional but luxurious villas that stand out for the privacy their offer guests.

Scattered within the settlement, the villas are in walking distance of the village square where the Raki taverna (under the same ownership) can be found and which offers a special experience of local gastronomy.

Both Ducato Hotels operate all year round on Santorini.
