Hellenic Hoteliers Federation Shares 70 Years of its History Through Photos

The Hellenic Hoteliers Federation (POX) shared landmark events of its 70-year long history through a photo collage at its stand at the 35th Philoxenia International Tourism Exhibition in Thessaloniki.

“POX’s participation in the 35th Philoxenia coincided with the 70th anniversary since its establishment in 1949… Seven decades of hard work, recognition and major successes revive through a number of emotional photographic ‘clicks’,” the federation said in an announcement.

POX’s stand welcomed many visitors, among them professionals of the Greek tourism market – hoteliers, employees and associates – who were impressed by its innovative layout.

The federation’s president, Grigoris Tasios, thanked all guests, noting that their positive reviews give the tourism industry the courage and strength to continue offering unique quality services with passion.

Meanwhile, discussions during the 35th Philoxenia International Tourism Exhibition focused on the 2019 tourism season and the prospects for next year.

“We are looking into the real challenges of 2020, as tourism professionals promise to continue offering their best for another landmark year in Greek tourism,” POX said.
