Founded by Panos Leontopoulos, a tourism professional with a long experience in online sales, the company offers its expertise to tourism accommodation units in Greece that are looking to attract special interest travelers. The company’s fields of expertise are related to Project Development, Strategic Planning, Sales Management, HR Recruiting, Business Consulting and Corporate Administration.

According to Hotelistas, one of its most powerful tools for hoteliers are its hotel room sales management services that are achieved through a tailor-made commercial policy and sales strategy.

The management of the services are carried out by an experienced manager through the access and collaboration with the most well-known online booking systems and websites and with direct access to travel consumers.

In addition, the company offers yield and revenue management services, Internet Distribution Systems management (IDS), content management and booking management.

Hotelistas also supports its partners in their efforts to meet demand; achieve recognition in new markets; boost occupancy rates, average room rates (ADR) and gross operating profits; and increase the property’s commercial value.

Panos Leontopoulos personally works on every project along with his team and has chosen to collaborate with a limited number of accommodation facilities, from holiday residences to large hotel groups.

So far, Hotelistas has developed projects for hotels of all types and categories, through partnerships all over Greece, with a turnover of 1 million euros.
