Luxury ‘Parīlio Hotel’ Opens on Paros

Parīlio hotel, Paros

The newly established Parīlio hotel, a member of the Design Hotels, recently opened its doors to welcome guests to the island of Paros.

The luxury hotel features 33 suites, each ranging from 30 to 40 square meters, offering views over the sun-dappled courtyard, pool, or the surrounding brooding hillside.

Located on the ground floor, the Aurora Suites feature queen- or king-sized beds and a private terrace with dining area.

The Halo Suites are situated across the ground and first floors and boast king-sized beds, separate living areas, and large terraces, while the Uranus Suites feature outdoor jacuzzis.

The hotel also offers the Sun Suite for “the ultimate high-style island living” with its unique private pool.

Exposed concrete, terracotta flooring, and local marble are complemented by a subdued color palette of white, gray, ochre, ivory, and sienna to create peaceful spaces that embody the slowed rhythms of Paros living.

The use of distinctive structural motifs such as carved stone arches and concrete columns, further evokes a sense of age-old sanctuary, while the inclusion of modern design pieces by leading Greek and European designers adds a refreshing relevance to the overall concept.

The outdoor pool and terrace dominate the hotel’s grounds and are the perfect place for an aperitif during sunset.

Meanwhile, the hotel’s restaurant and patio, “Mr. E.”, and chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, stay true to Paros’ culinary traditions and offer dishes based of the island’s gastronomy legacy, served in style.

In addition, the on-site spa offers face and body treatments that incorporate an Asian-inspired mix of essential oils. A fully-equipped gym is also available.

Parīlio is located on Naoussa bay near the popular Kolybithres beach.
