Greece’s largest Greek mythology theme park, dedicated to the 12 Olympian gods, will open its doors on October 4, at the International Exhibition Center of Thessaloniki.

Created by TIF-Helexpo and Placebo Events, the 2,100sq.m. theme park will operate under the supervision of Geek historian Thanos Veremis and will aim to take visitors of all ages to the “magic world” of Greek mythology and ancient Greece.

“Technology meets mythology and together, for the first time in Greece, come together to create the most interesting entertaining theme park,” TIF-Helexpo said in an announcement.

Through imposing imprints, 3D projections, guided tours, interactive acts and many surprises, visitors will be informed on the history and life of the Olympian gods as presented in ancient manuscripts.

The theme park will operate during October 4 – January 15, 2020, in the northern port city of Thessaloniki.
