New ‘Villaggio’ Adults-only Hotel Opens in Hersonissos, Crete

The newly established adults-only Villaggio Hotel, located in the popular area of Hersonissos on the island of Crete, recently opened its doors to welcome its guests for the summer season.

The new four-star hotel offers contemporary design and combines comfortable rooms and facilities with friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere.

It includes 40 rooms and suites – some with sea views – that provide visitors with comfort and luxury amenities.

Furthermore, the hotel’s 35sq.m. Junior Suite includes a private pool, which is equipped with a counter flow system that makes it ideal for swim training and exercise.

Free wifi is available in all rooms and public areas.

The Villaggio Hotel also features a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views to the Hersonissos bay; a rooftop bar, and a buffet restaurant serving Greek and international cuisine.

The property is located in Ano Hersonissos, near Crete’s main highway, only 20 minutes away from the airport of Heraklion and close to some of Crete’s major attractions such as the Minoan Palace of Knossos, the Crete Aquarium and the islet of Spinalonga in Elounda.
