Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki Welcomes Summer with its ‘Ursa Minor’ Restaurant
The Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki, located in the Greece’s northern port city, welcomes summer with the opening of its “Ursa Minor Roof Top Bar Restaurant” on June 6.
Ursa Minor, along with the hotel’s Zaytinya restaurant, is offering its guests a new menu, created by chef Christos Siskos.
The new menu includes dishes with flavors ideal for the summer season and options for every gastronomy preference.
“The menu is combined with exceptional wines and drinks that will ensure the satisfaction of every palate any time of the day, taking into consideration the need for cool and light meals amid high temperatures,” the hotel’s management said.
Ursa Minor is open daily from 11am to 2am, offering a stunning view of the port of Thessaloniki.
The Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki is housed in a historical building of 1913 and preserves its industrial architecture. The hotel has 176 rooms and features five fully equipped meeting rooms, five large conference halls and a roof garden with views of the Thermaikos Gulf.
