Sofitel Athens Airport Hotel Wins TripAdvisor’s ‘Hall of Fame’ Certificate

The Sofitel Athens Airport hotel has received the “Hall of Fame” Certificate of Excellence by leading travel planning and booking site TripAdvisor.

The certificate honors enterprises that have been awarded with TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years. The winners may include hotels, restaurants and sites of attraction in all over the world.

The winners of the Certificate of Excellence are determined based on an algorithm, which takes into consideration the quality and number of reviews submitted by travelers to TripAdvisor during a period of 12 months.

To qualify for the certificate, an enterprise must maintain a minimum score of four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and be on TripAdvisor’s list for at least 12 months.

The five-star hotel is located near the Athens International Airport. It is part of the Sofitel Group, which is present in five continents and 40 countries with 120 hotels.
