Sbokos Hotel Group Rebrands as ‘Phāea Resorts’
The Golf Residences SA / Sbokos Hotel Group has announced its rebranding to Phāea Resorts, also unveiling a new corporate identity and logo.
The announcement was made during an event held recently in the presence of the group’s partners and friends.
The group currently consists of five resorts located on Crete: the four-star Agapi Beach Resort in Heraklion; the five-star Blue Palace, A Luxury Collection Resort and Spa in Elounda; the five-star Cretan Malia Park; the Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club and the Village Heights Golf Resort in Hersonissos.
True to the values that characterize its course and aiming to keep up with the rapid changes in the global hospitality industry, the group has re-examined its mission and vision in order to meet the challenges of the new era.
“The developments in the hospitality industry and Greece’s leading position in the global tourism map, have made us see as a challenge, everything that until today was taken for granted,” said Kostantza Sbokou Konstantakopoulou, CEO of Phāea Resorts.
The group’s new vision is reflected in the Greek word, phaea, which means “light of the eyes” and describes the joy one sees in the eyes of a happy individual.
“Our wish is to highlight Greek hospitality through experiences that promote the essence of ‘New Greekness’, and create products that show the authentic, timeless side of Greece. This is real innovation,” Phāea Resorts CEO Agapi Sbokou said.
With innovation and sustainability at the center of its philosophy, Phāea Resorts also aims to create experiences that meet the deeper desires and needs of its guests.
The Sbokos Hotel Group was founded in Greece by Yiannis Sbokos in 1976.
Since then, it has remained true to its commitment to offer services of high standards and excellent quality.
