Santikos Collection Announces New Hotel Manager of Marpunta Resort

The Santikos Collection hospitality group has welcomed Georgios Kritikopoulos as the new hotel manager of its Marpunta Resort in Alonissos.

Georgios has worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Worldwide for 10 years. In his new role, he will focus on all the operational departments of Marpunta Resort, aiming to offer the “overall guest experience” according to the standards of Santikos Collection.

“With a long experience gained in some of the finest hotels in the world and his passion for guests and colleagues, George will ensure the delivery of high-standard guest services and focus on developing the skills and know-how of the operations team,” the group’s management said in an announcement.

Georgios has a vast experience as operations expert with great success in building and bonding productive teams, managing employee relationships, overseeing large-scale projects, and communicating product standards.

He will build upon the company’s proven results and loyal guests, and assist by attracting new visitors and further enriching the guest experience. “This expertise, combined with an entrepreneurial approach and results-oriented management style, make him the ideal choice to operate Marpunta Resort, Alonissos,” the announcement said.
