Crete’s Euphoria Resort Connects to HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager

The five-star Euphoria Resort on the Greek island of Crete has partnered with hotel services company HotelAvailabilities for the use of its channel manager service.

The HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager is a cloud platform that allows hoteliers to take complete control of the room rates, availability and restrictions across all connected internet sales markets.

The channel manager allows the hoteliers to monitor the channel performance and booking productivity by employing the best online sales partners to maximize its revenue potential.

HotelAvailabilities supports the management of availability and channel distribution for hotels through the connection of new reservation systems (sales channels) and hotel systems (PMS) to fully automate the booking process.

The luxurious Euphoria Resort is a new five-star all inclusive hotel in Kolymbari, Chania, on Crete. Perched on the seashore of Kolymbari, the resort is built in a historic village that carries the traditions of Cretans. The Euphoria Resort is conveniently located 30 minutes away from Chania International Airport and 14 miles west of Chania.

ah, so that’s the problem, pathetic bean counting managers with zero personality, I stayed a week here and 5 star hotel this is not, staff with a look of fear and unhappiness, a little dictator bar manager stuttering around with a little notepad marking just about everything and quizzing staff,, in front of guests, what an embarrassment, I wouldn’t have this fake smiling disingenuous little man near staff or guests, 5 star all inclusive plus,,, with non branded drinks and glasses full of ice, they should change the name of their cocktails to Two sips, what a joke.
PS, in a 5 star hotel you don’t put guests belongings in a plastic bag and take them away regardless of policy for sun loungers, it was even suggested one member of my family should stand guard while the rest of us had breakfast, and yes, the little dictator again.
