Free Entry at the Acropolis Museum on March 25

On the occasion of the Greek National Holiday on Monday, March 25, entry will be free for all visitors at the Acropolis Museum in Athens. The museum’s permanent collections will be open from 9 am to 6 pm.

Visitors to the museum will have the chance to participate in walks through the exhibition galleries, make stops and join in various discussions, together with the host archaeologists.

Walks in Greek: 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm.

Participation: For registration, visitors can refer to the information desk at the museum’s entrance on the same day. The walks are limited to 40 visitors per session and will take place on a first come, first served basis.

Families that visit the Acropolis Museum should seek the family trails – designed especially for children and parents – from the information desk.

The museum’s restaurant will be serving Greek traditional dishes on the same day.
