Grekaddict Presents Latest Additions to Gastronomy Activities Portfolio

Aiming to introduce Thessaloniki’s gastronomy tourism to the city’s visitors, Grekaddict has made a number of additions to its portfolio of culinary experiences for travelers.

Grekaddict is a marketplace for travel experiences in Greece.

The latest activities added focus on a number of new experiences for visitors, such as a wine tasting tour at the renowned Gerovasilliou Estate, an olive oil tasting tour in an elegant boutique delicatessen, food walking tours in the city that include the tasting of vegan and organic products.

“These experiences are addressed both to foreign tourists, who just want to try something different, as well as to Greek professionals who are interested in learning more about their country’s products and the stories behind them,” Grekaddict’s co-founder, Souzana Theodoridou, said.

Grekaddict is an innovative platform for experiences designed to promote quality alternative tourism. Besides gastronomy tourism activities, the company also offers island visits that include trekking tours or one-day cruises to hidden gems in the Aegean.

In addition, Grekaddict’s platform provides travelers with the chance to visit century old monuments and contemporary landmark sites, as well as challenge themselves with SUP yoga classes and hot air balloon tours in Thessaloniki; private street art tours in Athens, and trikke tours in Chania on Crete.

The company recently announced plans to expand its operations to more destinations in Greece – popular and lesser-known – while it aims to expand its portfolio of activities to more than 500 by the end of 2019.
