Study to Reveal Impact of Short-term Rentals on Property Owners – BnB Guest Conference, Athens

The impact of the short-term holiday rental market on property owners will be presented by a leading group of Greek tourism experts during the upcoming BnB Guest Conference in Athens.

Organized by Smart Press, the BnB Guest Conference will take place on January 24 at the Wyndham Grand Athens hotel and aims to act as an information hub for all those involved in the short-term rental market and to provide them the opportunity to offer better services and the chance to maximize their benefits.

The main topics of the research focus on the views and forecasts of the property owners in regards to issues related to the influence of this new activity on their income, their interaction with guests, etc.

The research also includes their views on the necessity of legislation and the general results of this new business model.

The main topic of the BnB Guest Conference will be a case study that focuses on the way the sharing economy has affected the tourism market of Athens.
