Syntagma Square to Welcome New Elia Ermou Athens Hotel

The Elia Ermou Athens, a brand new four-star hotel located near Syntagma Square in the heart of the Greek capital, will soon be ready to welcome guests in a fully reconstructed building.

According to an announcement, the investment plan for the hotel’s construction and operation is expected to reach 10 million euros.

“The Elia Ermou Athens offers the amenities of a five-star hotel and features 123 rooms and nine suites,” the announcement said.

All rooms will feature state-of-the-art technology amenities including wifi, and private jacuzzis with many overlooking the Acropolis.

Its facilities will also include an ultra-modern spa with a cryosaouna, gym, a hair and a nail salon; the Athens View Balcon restaurant and all-day bar on the rooftop offering a stunning view of the Acropolis and the Lycabettus hill; a patio bar and the Elia Bistro; parking spaces available in the building and three mutlifuncational halls with natural lighting.

The hotel, which will be located on 15, Ermou Street, is owned by Greek entrepreneurs Nikolaos Kalamaras, Georgios Kantilierakis and Anastasios Eleftheriadis. The hotel’s general manager is Georgios Louis.
