Greek carrier Ellinair, a member of the Mouzenidis Group, recently offered insights on aviation and its connection with marketing, tourism and technology, to students of the Mediterranean College in Thessaloniki.
“We at Ellinair and all of the Mouzenidis Group companies, deeply believe in the power of synergies,” Ellinair Senior Marketer Natassa Tzikou told GTP Headlines, following the lecture she gave on marketing, to students of the Tourism & Hospitality and Business Management schools of the Mediterranean College.
Underlining the importance of contributing to the knowledge of the younger generation, Tzikou said that her lecture to the students was part of Ellinair’s broader strategy to educate the new generations on civil aviation and the number of professions the industry includes.
Her lecture, titled “The Multiple Shades of Marketing” focused on the concept of marketing and included a number of case studies that link marketing and tourism with new technologies. The overall aim of the event was to highlight the fact that new technologies constitute a significant tool for marketing campaigns.
“The large participation and growing interest of the students is indicative of the new generation’s bright future in the field of marketing,” Tzikou said.
Regarding Ellinair’s cooperation with the Mediterranean College, she underlined that “synergies are essential, especially when they involve the future figures of the business world”.
