Celestyal Once Again Holds ‘CruiseInn’ Business Competition
Celestyal Cruises, a leading cruise line serving the Greek Islands and the Eastern Mediterranean, for the fourth consecutive year is hosting the CruiseInn business competition onboard its “Celestyal Crystal” ship.
CruiseInn 2018 set sail on a seven-day cruise on July 2, and will conclude its trip on July 8, with ports of call including Heraklion, Kusadasi, Mykonos, Milos and Santorini.
The competition hosts 55 young entrepreneurs, professionals and students, active in the business sector. This year’s event focuses on gastronomy, shipping, technology and tourism. It also features a rich training program onboard Crystal and at the ports of call.
“This innovative entrepreneurial event mobilizes young people, especially in fields that are the main pillars of growth for the Greek economy. We believe these young people will, eventually, drive growth and we’re thrilled to support their efforts,” Celestyal’s CEO Chris Theophilides said.
The program also includes specialized seminars and experiential lectures by prominent professionals, as well as activities and competitions such as the Photo-Video Challenge, which invites participants to take photos of their favorite spots around the cruise ship and upload them on social media with the hashtags #CelestyalCruises #CruiseInn and #CruiseInn2018.
Furtherore, the Celestyal Cruises – Data Drive CRM & Marketing Solutions Challenge, invites participants to design and present an integrated support solution for the Celestyal CRM and its passenger database and win up to €3,000.
CruiseInn is organized in collaboration with ThinkBiz, the first official Entrepreneurial University Student Association of the Athens Economic University, under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Tourism, the Municipality of Mykonos and the Blue Growth EU maritime initiative.
